Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tricho-Health hair assessment service provided by Natural Hair Therapist, operated by Janine van Throo. By purchasing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Natural Hair Therapist provides a digital Tricho-Health hair and scalp assessment service. The service includes a comprehensive online questionnaire and a personalized report generated based on the NIS³H framework. The report provides holistic hair health insights and recommendations. This service is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional medical advice.

Payment Terms

The Tricho-Health assessment is available for a one-time fee of €75. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the stated price in full.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate generation of personalized content, no refunds will be issued after purchase. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, the NIS³H framework, report templates, and materials provided through our service are the intellectual property of Natural Hair Therapist. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your personalized report is for your personal use only.

User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in the questionnaire.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and assessment data.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service, or have parental/guardian consent.

Limitation of Liability

Natural Hair Therapist provides its service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Our service is a wellness assessment tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natural Hair Therapist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
